Payment: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the opportunity to hold a reservation. We accept Visa or MasterCard. The balance is due, in full, upon arrival.

Change and/or Cancellation: As a small, family-run inn, we rely heavily upon advance reservations. We ask that you please notify us as soon as possible if your reservation must be changed or cancelled.

Please be advised that our policy provides for a refund of your deposit (less a 10% processing fee) only if notice of change or cancellation is received 14 or more days prior to your arrival date.

If the cancellation or change is received within 7 to 14 days prior to your arrival date, the deposit is then non-refundable.

If the cancellation or change is received within 7 days of your arrival date, the full balance for the entire stay will be charged to your card. If you fail to arrive on your confirmed arrival date, the entire amount for your stay will be charged to your card. Cancellation and no-show charges are non-refundable.

Miscellaneous:

• Sorry... no pets. We're animal lovers but regret we cannot allow pets at the Inn, out of consideration for our other guests.

• Smoking outdoors only.

There is no refund for early departures.
